Great waitress, fast service, food was good.

I was given plain chicken tenders instead of flavored. I said it was OK, but the waiter made sure to get me a fresh order. Plus, he was just amazing! Attentive and humorous. I felt right at home!

I typically love Applebees but I will not be returning to the Austin location. My family and I have had several negative experiences here in the last couple months. We kept returning in hopes that they would be better but we were sadly mistaken. Rude staff and management, messing up our orders, long waiting periods for both getting seated and getting our food and once getting our food it’s cold. We have also witnessed several incidents by other customers being waited on having the same issues. I am very disappointed to say that the environment at this location is all negative.

Went there for the all you can eat riblets, shrimp and wings and they were out of riblets. How long are they having this 14.99 deal ? We didn't eat we left because no riblets.

We stopped on a Sunday evening with a group of 10; we waited over 1 1/2 hours for our food. Some of it was cold and had to be sent back. I completely understand having a group come in unexpectedly, but this was too much. We have some with food allergies and just flat out told no accommodations - have previously been here and they have always offered to use separate cooking utensils. Will not ever come back which is a shame because the food was good.
