Insanely overpriced but friendly service

Ordered kale salad and chicken on the side, $12.95. Kale salad came in a small 8 ounce tub with no dressing. Went back to ask for dressing and it's another .75 cents. Never got asked for dressing at the counter, so was unable to switch order. How or why some places don't make it obvious for any traveller is beyond me. Walked away not wanting the dressing. Coffee espresso (as advertised) ain't made properly either. Just drip coffee and added milk. You have a coffee machine with a steam wand, maybe it's time to start using it. Cinnamon roll was stale and dry from the day before, not warmed when it was handed to us. Very little effort, small portions, huge prices. Avoid!

Slow, poor food quality, and overpriced, 4 grill cheese took 45 minutes to make. Would never recommend, many other superior restaurants in this airport.

I forgot why I don't buy muffins in the early morning at airports, yesterday's muffins today. Possibly our was from the day before!. Stale is an understatement. 6.69 per stale muffin is an outrageous price. To make things worse, at payment tipping is mandatory. Literally, the assistant put 2 muffins in a brown paper bag, gave me 2 empty coffee cups for self-service filling. What was the tip for? I will not visit Annie's again for coffee and muffins. Rip-off even by airport standards.

The BEST gluten free egg sandwich I’ve ever had. Wish they had a downtown Austin store so I don’t have to just get the sandwich at the airport Dietary restrictions: They can make you an egg sandwich gluten free and dairy free

Turkey and brie sandwich only has that, lettuce, and tomato. $16 not worth it Chicken caesar salad does have some red bell peppers in it. $13 still not worth it Everything is tiny for the price and the card machine is set up for mandatory tips. Nice place to sit.

Cashier wasn’t friendly. I wanted a specialty coffee. She didn’t ask what type and just rang up a plain latte that was hot with whole milk. I never said I wanted that. When I asked what type of coffee she told me what she entered. When I told her that I was never asked she argued and made a big deal out of it. All over a coffee. Not impressed. $35 for one breakfast sandwich and 2 breakfast tacos and 2 coffees.
