I have been going here for about the past 5 years, and the restaurant has been doing a decent job of maintaining good service and good food quality up until recently. I noticed a sharp decline in food quality, especially over the past few weeks. The last time I was here, the noodle smelled like it came out of a garbage can, and it smelled rotten. Also, the Thai iced tea, which normally has a light orange color, was served to me dark brown, and it didn’t taste like Thai iced tea at all. I’m very disappointed because I considered this place to be my go-to place, as I always enjoyed the quality of food and service. However, tasting the food during my recent visit left me with no desire to return.
We ordered 3 bowls, and can’t consume as the raw beef taste so strong, the noodles are instant. Recommend 1 bowls for 2 persons Asian
This Restaurant is Amazing my friends and I we enjoyed it ☺❤the food are delicious
Perfect place for a simple but delicious meal away from the bustle of Times Square. I had lunch special sushi rolls, which were so cheap I ordered two! No prob getting gluten free food, either.
Had an amazing meal here tonight! There was a large group already eating, so we were a bit concerned about not having a reservation, but we were still able to be seated. Service was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend!
Food was the best I’ve EVER had in NYC. Grilled chicken was sensational, service was fast and always willing to help. Underrated!!! Go here now!!!
I’m not sure if it’s because of different chefs but the food has been inconsistent. I’ve been a customer for several years but today wasn’t good. It was similar to another bad experience I had. The place and the service is nice in general but the food is inconsistent. Unfortunately, I think I will not be coming often, if at all.
Found this on Google and I love it. Definitely will be going back. Great service. Amazing food.
1. The beef pho is horrible! Every single piece of beef had fat on it. The beef I tried to chew felt like rubber 2. The noodles were way too big/thick 3. The broth sucked!! Save your money and get pho at a real Vietnamese restaurant. The service was great but the don’t get pho here for the love of god
