The food was very tasty and was quick, I can only recommend it and the staff was friendly.

The meat was really overcooked and really impossible to cut it. It had the taste of charcoal which I think is not suitable. The only positive point is that they accepted to change the whole plate which is appreciable.

They were generally good, the staff was very attentive, and the service was very fast. I had the Ribeye steak, and it was a bit tough. I feel very uncomfortable when I get a sinew in my mouth while eating meat, so I might have made a wrong choice. Overall, everything was very nice. Kid-friendliness: They have a children's menu and provide coloring pencils for kids. The menu is sufficient and delicious for children.

Menu got less choice than before quality not as good as it used to be prices gone up atmosphere better upstairs

I went twice in 4 days . Both times were really enjoyable. We were greeted with a nice welcome and big smile. The steaks were very nice , I wish they did a bigger fillet than a 10 oz on the menu. I know there is a t bone option but the regular 10 oz are a bit small but very tasty. I may just be greedy. Our server on both visits was a man called Ertan and he was amazing and had great customer service which made our visits very nice and the reason im leaving 5☆. All the staff were very polite and all said thank you and good bye. Will continue you eat here. The price is also very reasonable considering its central London
