Small portions, ridiculously expensive

I've been here a few times now and Wallace has been there each time. He's amazing, always professional and courteous. The lobster rolls pretty good and the fries and salad were impressive. But again, I mainly come here because the service is great.

Small soda watered down and goes for $4 - and no refills! Flight info on the tablet was out of date. Food was mediocre. Service was good though.

Excellent service and great food! The wait staff was all over our table. The price for the lobster roll is comparable to times square and I enjoyed their spicy option a lot.

Bad service small portions. No smiles or greetings. 40 for 2 breakfast sandwichs and two juice.

The airport service is horrible. They have a food court but if u buy in the to go section they wont let you sit in the main lounging area with charging areas. You are kicked out to sit in a grungy corner. What in the world! Food prices are equally as expensive. What's with the discrimination between Togo and table side serving? I bought from INSIDE the food court area but was escorted out to eat at the corner. Very rude! For 2 slices of pizza and 2 juices we paid $30!

Bad service, bad system ordering system

We were there early at 7:30 AM for a breakfast before flying. The tablet ordering system seemed fun and it worked. We paid immediately after the ordering by swiping the credit card machine installed on the table. The tip was included in the payment which was fine but what if we wanted to tip more.... or less. Never mind. After all, the staff were friendly and polite. The food was not disappointing, if you didn’t expect too high. (And you shouldn’t) The served green side without dressing. The fruit was pre-cut and refrigerated a bit too long. The eggs poached were correct. It seemed like the potatoes was good but it’s not in my order. Black coffee was good. No espresso though.
