Awesome custard…customer service was horrible. Cars around the building, and people waiting at the window confused about whose order is at the window. Little timid girl at the window handing out orders was quiet, and didn’t know what the orders were that she was hanging out. I had to ask her if my custard was chocolate with Oreos. She said “sure I don’t know”. There are also no tables to eat at, and the bathrooms are locked. Not a great situation for a woman that is pregnant like me. Three windows available, and one was being used to order. Not a great idea on at Spring Saturday night at 6.30. Management needs to think of a more proficient way to handle their store.

Took the family here this evening and the experience was pleasant. Kind of hard to miss the restaurant from the road with all the bright lights. A fun and playful menu. It'll take a minute to read it the 1st time you see it to learn the terminology. A banana split and 2 to milkshakes cost a little over 20 bucks which was a bit pricey to me but the family loved it and I'm sure we'll be back.

I tried to give this location one more chance. The last time I went in they did not blend the concrete at all. There was the flavor mix and chunks strewn throughout the whole drink. Fast forward to today. When in first thing this morning and ordered two concretes and a pint of raspberry chocolate chip ice cream. Pulled up to the window and paid and received two mint chocolate chip concrete that were totally unblended, and a pint of butter pecan. I was so upset when I got home, that even though I’m only five minutes away, I would not go back to rectify this. There is zero adequate supervision at this location, the attention to detail is absent, and the training leaves a lot to be desired… Or at least the execution of said training. Growing up in Milwaukee, I had high hopes for this place as I love custard. I will not give my money to establishments who do not provide the basic forms of service. Caveat emptor folks
