Amicis used to be so good years ago. We visited for a birthday celebration and the service was just fine but the taste and quality of food was not. My shrimp was tiny and overcooked with my Alfredo. Our soup came out at room temperature. The servers did bring out hot soup when we let them know.

The chef needs to learn how to make Chicken Piccata. First of all you don’t serve the whole breast in one piece it should be sliced and flattened. It should also have lemon in it with the capers, no spinach, and it should not be served with mostaccioli the juice that it was In tasted like they poured a whole container of salt in it couldn’t even eat it had to dump it down the drain. And for the price it was awful. Get yourself a new recipe. And how about some butter for the bread?
The food is decent. It may not be the best, but the atmosphere and service were top-class.
The restaurant was good and crowded. We went there on a Saturday night, which was to be expected that they would be packed. Our waitress was fantastic. I didn't get her name she was great. Even though the place was so busy, she came by us often to make sure we were doing good! I got the spaghetti and meatballs, and my mother-in-law got the eggplant parmesan. All was delicious. We also got dessert tiramisu and cannoli, YUM. Vegetarian options: Eggplant parmesan was very good.
I was at a memorial party in a separate room. There were 4 long tables,but even with so many people, there was plenty of great food and great service. Servers were so pleasant and efficient.
