Ok. I don't know if I would go again or not. It looked like they had sold most of their products by 10 am. There are two dining tables so plan on getting an order to go as my suggestion. The kolache seemed like I was just having bread, there was not a lot of filling.
I had the raspberry cream cheese and the sloppy Joe Kolache. They were wonderful. I will definitely be back!!
This was a great experience and I loved the kolaches! Merica is my favorite!
Not a fan at all. I’m not sure if it was the ingredients - had the Philly cheesesteak as it was lunchtime- which were not very flavorful. . . Or the texture- because it was suggested to heat it up and that was done in a microwave which turned it into a piece of rubbery dough. Friend had same and a breakfast kolache. She enjoyed her brownie kolache. Personally, I won’t be back. Also, owner or worker - felt it fine to park in the handicapped spot in front of the restaurant which is not acceptable to me for any length of time without proper tagging.
Sunday morning at 9:30 and the guy at the counter was putting icing on cinnamon rolls to order. Not that the place was full of customers but it did slow down the flow a bit. Not a fan of dough with the sweet stuff just piped on top instead of being a part of the dough interior. Our egg and cheese kolache was pretty bland. And why not have them warm and ready to eat instead of having to nuke them? Shipley donuts have a far better kolache.
Doughy bread-like substance heated in a microwave. What a joke. This place wouldn’t know a kolache if it bit them on the nose.
