lovely place to have chill and relaxing drinks

Nice lounge, smaller than others, no showers

Attentive staff, easy access and super clean. I would definitely rate this location much higher than most locations. I was a bit stressed with my travel plans (unrelated to AA) one of the staff tending to the ladies room (wish I caught her name, this was on 3/29 around 1pm, she was a Black woman) was extremely kind and had a little chitchat with me. She deserves a promotion/ raise/ bonus... SOMETHING! Absolute gem on your team and was very VERY appreciated.

Only way to fly

Great place to relax, get so.e work di e or just get away from the crowd. The staff is very friendly and attentive

Be forewarned First Class tickets don't admit you into the lounge! Every other airline does. Don't fly this bootleg airline. Also very rude at counter.
