Good Riddance - they are now permanently closed. I visited this restaurant 4 times, twice for takeout and twice for sit down service. All 4 times the staff was extremely rude and bossy towards me - the two times I went there for takeout I had gone to pick up some chips, salsa, and guacamole for a friend's family when one was in the hospital, and I had told them why I was picking up food and to send enough salsa for everyone - and I would have been happy to pay for extra, but they never listened to me. we got two tiny cups of each kind of salsa which was not enough for 6 people. The two times I went there with friends for sit down service, we were told they could not accommodate any changes to the food because it would "ruin the concept" - if any of us had allergies we were told to pick them out, and they would not make any hot/spicy food mild for any spice intolerant folks we had. Furthermore, the food was way overpriced for the small portions you got. The people who live in the area they purchased the space in are all students, staff, or healthcare providers that don't have deep pockets. Time and again they tried to change their menu to appeal to everyone in the area without taking note of this simple fact - at the end of the day maybe we do want a simple burrito rather than bougie, trendy, food. Or an easy bar for a margarita after a tough day in healthcare. They simply didn't really meet the needs and desires of the area - instead expecting the crowd to be more "Cherry Creek" in Aurora. Furthermore, they refused to partner with any campus organizations for activities or catering - the owners were left several messages by one group through voicemail as well as in person with the waitstaff but could not be bothered to answer back. Many of us are not surprised they failed - they had plenty of opportunity to be better but didn't want to because they were "too good" to have to "stoop down low" for the people around them. What. A. SHAME.

Had a reservation at 7:00 and arrived early, about 6:45. It was a good thing we did because they rushed us and wanted us out shortly after 8:00. We had one large margarita each at $22 each (a bit pricey in my opinion). It was good but that is a lot of money for a drink! Guacamole Hummus was a good appetizer but when we needed a few more chips to finish it, we were charged $2 extra. It was taco Monday, so we got those at $5 each. It was my friend’s birthday so I mentioned that and there was no response. Not even a “happy birthday” greeting let alone a token of something to commemorate it. 20% gratuity added on for two people without a choice. A really expensive meal. The food was good but not a satisfying birthday celebration.

I have been here now 3 times. My first time was amazing but things have obviously changed. The older lady working around 6p on 5/30/2023 was rude as h***. She didn't seem to want to be at work. In addition, I have ordered the same thing each time, the birria tacos. Initially the birria tacos were FULL sized tacos, cooked to perfection with a large side of consome. The last 2 times here, the birria tacos have now moved from a FULL size to a street taco size. Why?

Always closed and doesn’t mention anything on website or phone when called. Even allowed us to make a reservation and we showed up and they were closed! This the third time this has happened within a month. Very disappointed. Not how you run a business.

The tacos and elotes had amazing flavor. I would highly recommend getting one of each of the tacos. The quesa birria and pork belly tacos were my favorite.

The Chile Relleno is "open faced" and smothered in a bath of cheese sauce, not quite queso... and also there were almonds (?) inside? The flavors were ok but, definitely too much of the cheese. The Birria Tacos were quite good, but the Pork Belly Tacos was absolutely dripping with oil, soaking through the tortilla. Again, the flavors were there but, the execution was not appetizing. Also, we were informed that none of the ingredients or sauces could be substituted or removed, which makes me wonder if the meals come frozen. I also dislike that they included a 20% gratuity without informing the customers, and then have an additional spot for tip on the receipt. Especially since we were only a party of 6. Any party of more than 4 has to pay as a group which was also a bit of an inconvenience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ambli Mexico,, and it was an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was inviting and sophisticated, and the service was impeccable from start to finish.

Wow! What a nice surprise! Spent time at hospital for some testing, Left exhausted in pouring rain, needing some good Mexican food. Found this small restaurant nearby. It was not real busy but had few hungry others eating. The limited menu allowed for everything to be prepared perfectly within a reasonable time. The full bar is a bonus! Highly recommend. A little tricky to find but worth the mission!
