Was told a 30 minute wait even though there was over 5 available tables. The ditsy girl hostess is clueless and lacks basic customer service

This place never disappoints

I’ve never been to a restaurant where the food just tasted awful, this was my first time and I want my money back. I’m surprised they’re still in business! We tried 3 different dishes and had to send two back. It seemed ridiculous sending the third back. Alfredo, mezaluna and a shrimp dish. The service was also not great. Had to call over random people to refill my drinks as well as asking for the check. It felt pointless complaining about the food since the server was no where to be found. I just wanted to leave at that point. I can never go here again it was a horrible experience.

Ordered spaghetti and meat balls that had little flavor, not much different than store-bought Prago. Not worth the money spent!

I love this place for dinner. The staff rock it every time i come in. Great job tonight.

Some young waitress didn’t know what she was doing. My finance order dinner online, I came in with some jeans and a hoodie, “ Black Guy.” I gave her my fiancé name and she still was acting like wait let me check again. Mind you, she checked twice already. And then another waitress came up in the conversation was like, “ Hey it’s fine it’s his food.” Like really?? Smh I won’t be back here ever again. It’s really not that complicated, I told her my fiancé ordered this, gave her the name and still asking me questions after questioning me. Like really, BLACK PEOPLE if you wearing a hoodie and jeans be careful going inside this place.

I use to love going here. Fresh pasta and tasty sauce but since new ownership it’s been awful. Ordered the mussels and the sauce was basically lemon juice. Extremely sour. Alfredo tasted like old moldy cheese. They served it on a small plate and all the noodles just clumped together. It was disgusting. Horrible Italian food.
