Burgers were made very well. The chicken nuggets were absolutely delicious and the fries were piping hot, straight out of the fryer. It was all so fresh and the service was friendly Kid-friendliness: They always make sure to warn that the fries are very hot. The choices for kids are few but delicious
I ordered a hamburger fries and soda, the hamburger and fries were too small and it cost me $18.00, I was still hungry afterwards, the cost is way too much for the portions that they are giving you. The customer service was awful.
The burger was well seasoned and had a lot of flavor and the fries were fresh. Very good.
First off the cook in the back with a pony tail made a few weird comments about my daughter and touched her inappropriately at the trampoline area infront of the JCPenney. Second off the old blonde cashier lady needs to keep her nasty rude comments to herself I hear her whisper them under her breathe. Thirdly the food was nasty and undercooked and I barley got served fries not to mentions the old lady refused to serve me napkins with my order. I’ve also seen rats and mold grow around the place.
The ice they sell taste like play-do. The lady at the front is beyond unprofessional doesn’t know what she’s doing. My food got mixed up and they made a big scene in front of my girls it was embarrassing. I will never go back.
We went here today because it's smelled really good. I got the chicken strips with fries and so did my brother. We had to wait a good 10 minutes for the meals but at least it was fresh. The customer service needs work though. We were looking at the menu to decide and the guy there just kinda watched us and they could have practiced to look busy. And I think the soda machine needs to be cleaned it tasted a little funny.
I paid $16 for a chicken sandwich and fries, hardly any fries came with it and the chicken breast on the sandwich was burnt to a crisp. Over priced food that comes out terrible is never good. Go somewhere else.
I feel really bad for the owners of this establishment. They must be losing tons of money. My daughter-in-law asked for a cup of water and was rudely told by the man working behind the counter that she would have to pay for the cup or bring him a cup to fill. Obviously, if the company can't afford to hand someone a cup of water their business is in trouble. In my experience this is the 1st time an establishment has refused a request for water.
The food was really good. Just a tad pricey, but it's all made freshly they said so i can let it slide since it was really good.
Favorite place in the mall! Price, quality, atmosphere and everything in between is always fantastic. Make sure to stop there next time you are at the mall, you won’t regret it!
