Service was glacial. Food was good. On a Saturday night, seemed understaffed. 18% gratuity baked into bill when I would not have gone that high. Named Agave Blu now.
It advertises as open, but it is not. The lady from the Westin Hotel, which the restaurant is in, said it is only open on Thursdays. Don’t waste your time going

Delicious breakfast Tony was great! All fresh fruit parfaits smoothies a little expensive but completely worth it!
You can sit at the bar and order food since there is no bar in the restaurant. Ok service, Ok meal, truffle fries were hard and cold, the bone in ribeye cold and tasted like lighter fluid. I'm generally not critical but this place is way over priced for what they deliver. Suggest leaving the hotel for a good meal. Hoping breakfast is better.
We stayed at the Westin 12/16. We decided to try the restaurant instead of leaving. What a mistake. To start I downloaded the menu off the website, I decided on the skirt steak, we get there and it is 5 dollars more than on the website. Strike #1. The food took an eternity to get to our table of 7. It was literally an hour and they weren't even busy. Strike #2 My 30$ skirt steak was small, dry, and the sauce was devoid of flavor. It was the worst 30 dollar meal I ever had. Strike #3. Lastly, my kids ordered shakes off the kids menu and on our bill they attempted to charge us adult drink prices. Strike 4!!! Stay away from this place, go literally anywhere else. I don't even leave reviews ever it was so bad.
Wow! What an amazing dining experience - my husband and I were treated extremely well :). The food was fantastic (thank you chef Lenny!), and the service from Tony was very attentive. They checked in all the time, and also gave us complimentary dessert. We can’t wait to be back next time we’re in town!
Waited about 45 minutes for my food.. only to get everything “warm” not hot and dry.
