The owner was behind the cashier, arrogant when asked questions about the menu, rude body language with a lazy attitude . He is not interested in helping us pick some items. What made it worse is his filthy bathroom , no soap either. Plates were not clean , had to be replaced . Food is not up to a Lebanese classic fine food. Not generous with the toppings on his pies. I attempted to give him a feedback in a very nice way but unfortunately he became defensive and was not able to listen! Hopeless case. I regret picking this place and won’t recommend it to anyone .
Great service! The shawarmas are delicious.
Al Najim is our favorite restaurant. I am currently working on sampling the entire menu. Each bite I take is better than the last! There is not a single sub-par item on the menu. In fact, everything is excellent. The unique blend of flavors is so refreshing. My girlfriend's favorite item on the menu is the chicken shawarma, she is amazed by how good it is each and every time we dine here. The owner works at the restaurant everyday. He is very friendly and clearly has a passion for serving delicious meals. There is something for everyone here. I cannot recommend Al Najim enough.
The Quality, the tase and environment is just like home.
Authentic Lebanese Manakesh and really friendly service. Warm people and fresh, clean food. A staple.
Horrible customer service from the manager himself very rude and disgusting. He need a little more assistance with better customer service. Atmosphere is a little dull.
