Akamba Heritage Centre

A truly amazing experience, somewhere totally unique, great for all ages. Even if you only go for a coffee you will feel like you're miles away.

Staff were really helpful and polite. The ambience was on point and brilliant customer service

Food was okay I guess but nothing that made me want to go back again. Got served flat beer but out of a bottle !! Ran out of fireball whisky and I thought limited range for buffet meal. Overall I was quite disappointed.

Dont bother. Loveally place, but they have no food. Went there at 12 and didnt have stock of 4 items on there very limited menu.

Visited many times before and have always enjoyed the themed restaurant. But this time, I really felt let down. My daughter paid a deposit a few weeks before arriving. But when we turned up at the time we'd booked - 12pm - the staff had no idea we were coming. It took almost 10 mins for them to get the table ready. When we were sat, there was a short wait and a drinks order was taken - the drinks soon followed. But it was 12:40 when our food order was taken. There were 9 of us and no other people in the restaurant! The food came and was very nice, and the lady serving was nice and friendly and as ever, it's a really cool setting. But I was very disappointed that having paid for a booking, the venue had not prepared for us. Oh, and didn't account for the paid deposit when totaling the final bill. (This money was refunded immediately after raising the concern).

Was charged wrong money, but hopefully when back open will be rectified

The staff were welcoming and attentive. Food was also great we ate as much as we could.
