Amazing pub

Helen took control of a booking I wanted for the afters for a funeral, she sorted the food and the private area. The food was brilliant and the service from staff was great. Well done the Packhorse.

Went for food with family and friends and the food was cold and disgusting it was not very nice we had to send the food back I will never come back here again

Barmaid with red dyed hair pulled the worst pint of guinness I've ever had, overflowed the glass, soaked glass and ruined the pint. Asked her to do a fresh one she said theres nothing wrong with it everyone else is drinking it. The glass was completely soaked. Refused to replace it and had a disgusting attitude. Couldnt even drink the pint it tasted that bitter. Terrible service will not be returning.

Good value food and good selection of drinks but the service is lacking, never enough bar staff, app orders are way too slow compared to other sizzling pubs. Over all a good pub but bad management. Just simply having additional bar/service staff would improve this place so much.
