Brenda was amazing, the club could be a little bigger and the food options could always be better. How about offering some potatoes with the eggs. Speaking of the scrambled eggs they were very runny did not like them. Not everyone likes their eggs wet. The pastries are dry because they just sit there, get refrigeratored and used over and over. Anyway on my plane with my little buzz from the champagne which was cheap but did the job

Big admirals club. Plenty of lounge chairs, good size business center, but limited seating in the dining area. Food same as all thr admiral club: pretty linited and repeotitive over months!

I am here at the airport in Atlanta and was just denied entry with my first class ticket, but not offered any alternatives other than being turned away. What abt a day pass? Or did I just "look" like someone not worthy or able to afford it? Is there a flagship lounge? Nothing except humiliation was offered to me, not even an apology or information on becoming a member. Your desk people's customer services training need help. I'll never pay for a first class ticket on American again.

The front desk representatives and the other staff at the lounge were all nice and polite. The bathrooms were clean, but the stalls are tight so it's hard to get your backpack or carry-on with you. The food selection was on a small counter and a side cart with what you get at a "typical" level American lounge, not a Flagship lounge. I didn't see eggs, bacon or oatmeal, but they were in the process of swapping breakfast out for lunch items so I'm unsure if they were there earlier. I will say they did not have the yogurt chilled on ice so they were at room temperature. I and many others picked the yogurts up and put them back down. I hope they don't put those back the next day and they really should use ice to chill the yogurts as they are a good source of protein for travelers. There wasn't any water in the box that held them so it's not like the ice melted. Can you tell I'm upset about the yogurt? The lunch items included a soup which was maybe an Italian Wedding soup and had meatballs in it. I was not a fan of the flavor or texture of the meatballs. The rest of the hummus, veggies, and cheese were fine. They also had some sort of BBQ pulled chicken and rolls to make sandwiches. It seemed to be popular with people as I saw a lot of people making sandwiches. Unfortunately Atlanta is where Delta runs the show so this American lounge is super small. There were not a lot of empty seats or room to spread out or plug in. I'm hoping that American finds a larger space, but unlikely since it's not a hub for them. This is why I don't typically fly through ATL, but if you need an AA lounge, this one is clean, has WiFi, and has a nice staff.
