This is the Admirals Club on gates K, the larger one and with plenty of seating and options. Food is a little basic for my taste compared to the American Express Centurion Lounges but it is always great to relax or work here before your flight. I never miss coming into these lounges is totally worth it.
The following is not accepted: Day passes. Priority Pass, Lounge key. Allowed: Business Class for International Flights Only
Love the Chicago Admirals Club! Clean, quiet, comfortable seating, family friendly, good food options. Wish the clubs would all offer larger plates. The small ones cause such a mess all the time. Other than that it is nice to take a shower if needed during our travels and relax in peace!
Denied free entry even though I was flying First Class. Reason was that Etihad is not their partner.
Wish I read reviews before buying a $79 day pass. Food is NON EXISTENT! There is one pot of potatoes and one pot of chicken that was empty. That’s it for this huge lounge. You have to buy food and drinks separately. What??! What do I pay $79 for then? The video of a very nice buffet you are seeing is for Level 2 (business class only and international). Domestic passengers and day pass passengers are on Level 3. Do yourself a favor and go eat elsewhere for less money and better food. I hope you read the one star reviews before buying a day pass, unlike me.
If you have the miles for the club it is a wonderful time to spend a layover in with plenty of seating, USB ports and free refill on soft drinks Kid-friendliness: They have a playroom where kids can watch TV on kids channel or play games on the computer or play with the toys.
The food was warm, not hot, making you wonder about safety. Luckily the bartenders were friendly, so you could layer your cold food with alcohol to kill potential pathogens. Vegetarian options: Many veg options, including yogurt for a protein.
