A Haute Cookie

People people people!!!! I’m smiling while just thinking about these cookies. I’ve been here multiple times and should’ve done a review the first time because A Haute Cookie is deserving of it! I’ve gone here when the owner was there and when she wasn’t and each time the service has been top tier. Even when I’m indecisive the staff is so patient. Kudos to the owner and the workers! A good front line shows that the back office must be amazing. I order no less than 4 cookies each time. This go round I ordered a Sugar Butter Cinnamon, Oatmeal, Strawberry Cream Crunch, M&M, & Lemon Drop. I’m going to keep this review short and simple: Every cookie is amazing. Try them all! I’ve even bought some and sent them to friends! They’ll individually package them for you as well!

These guys are great!! Everyone loved the cookies, and when the Roadie delivery guy flaked out, Shiana delivered them herself. Valentines was saved. Thank you!! First of many cookies.

Cookies are not as good as they were when they were located by grant park

Stopped by here early on Sunday, 1/14/24. The girls working were so nice. The cookies had literally just come out of the oven, so they were fresh and warm. I got red velvet, cookies and cream, and brown butter with cinnamon. The cookies and cream was my favorite, followed by the brown butter with cinnamon. On the pricier side (total for 3 cookies came out to $14), but good!

Based on my overall experience, I rate A Haute Cookie a 4 out of 5. I don't want to give the impression that their cookies are terrible because they're not. In fact, A Haute Cookie has some of the best cookies in the city with a wide variety of options. My personal favorite is the double chocolate cookie; it's rich and flavorful. If you're a cookie lover, I highly recommend trying it. However, if you arrive at the store towards the end of the day, you may find a limited selection of cookies left. As a place that stays open until midnight on certain days, why they don't bake another batch of cookies mid-day to keep up with the demand. Today, at 3 p.m., half of the cookies were already gone. It's clear that people love the cookies, so I suggest pre-ordering to ensure that you get your desired amount. A Haute Cookie is a small and intimate spot that offers unique items such as cookie shots, ice cream sandwiches, and coffee. While the cookies are top-notch, the coffee was just average. The latte I ordered wasn't delicious, but the delightful cookies more than made up for it. In conclusion, if you have a sweet tooth and enjoy cookies, check out A Haute Cookie. Cookies were dry and the service wasn’t the best.

My best friend bought my a toffee cookie from here and I fell in love. I placed an order a week ago, but when I came to pick it up they were out of all of the cookies that ordered. So, I tried again a few days later, and they same thing happened. Order number 2 canceled. Needless to say I was disappointed, again. Raina has top notch customer service. Not only did she follow up with me, but had my cookies delivered and threw in some extras. She has restored my faith in Haute and the cookies were with the wait. Thank you so very.
