This is my second time coming here. My rating is from last week. But today!!! I ordered the same meal. Paid, then looked at my receipt and saw GRATUITY. I asked the young lady. You all charge gratuity for ONE PERSON? Yes. People don't tip. My next question is is the Best question. Is this Black Owned? She stated Yes it is. Asked for a REFUND. This is when it got REAL! I will follow up with the Owner.
Came here for the first time and I must say the food was delicious. I ordered the seafood grits, salmon croquettes and bottomless mimosa. My waitress Miya was so nice and helpful. The manager Denzel was very friendly and came to the table to make sure everything was going well. There was another waiter Taron who was so funny and lively. The atmosphere was pretty cool and the music was on point. This will be my new breakfast/brunch spot.
Wonderful brunch spot!! Pork chops were perfect and sooo delicious!! Service was amazing!! Would definitely return again!!
We had a great experience! The food was really good and we also met the owner and her family. Very nice and personable people. 10/10 recommend!
This place has to be held accountable for all the mistakes made during my visit with my family. The place plays loud music and this may be the reason the waitress got so many things wrong with our orders. I was given the wrong meal all together and it was more expensive then what I ordered and they still charged me for it after I pointed it out. The menu says it's 20 percent for parties larger than 6, we had 5 with us we was charged 20 percent which was added to the already high prices on our bill. We never was asked if we needed any refills on our drinks. It was other errors with the meal that I wont point out like I said maybe the waitress couldn't hear us well. I'd rather pick my own tip instead of it being added because now the service will be poor if they don't have the incentive to be helpful. I' mean you should want to be helpful anyway at a restaurant like this serving families breakfast and brunch.
They have potential and they are trying, but they need help and they are overpriced. Waited a long time for my overpriced meal $50 for pancakes and French toast meal 2 people, I tipped them anyway, so it became over 50+ they added their own service fee. I didn’t like it, but it is what it is. It’s a no for me for returning
This place has potential, honestly. But the vibe is just weird. You walk in and it looks like an order at the counter, but you seat yourself? Music is way too loud for brunch. Menu is extremely overpriced. Paid $20 for pancakes and a coffee. Food was good, but their breakfast options were a little unorthodox. Overall, I liked the food but I don’t think I’ll be back. The loud music alone was a huge turn off. The staff were prompt and very attentive. Dietary restrictions: Not a normal breakfast place. Everything is either deep fried or the wheel has been reinvented for simple meals.
I just picked this up. Fish is pretty good. The grits is too salty and too much pepper more like a $8.99-10.99 meal. I paid $15.95 plus tax which Was $17.23. Not really worth the price.
