Love 740 front Street and the family that runs it :-) great people just doing what they need to during these hard times. There has not been a skip in the quality of experience or food for the last 2 years I commend them highly for giving it everything they've got to keep up with everything that's been coming down on them. Amazing place amazing food :-) slightly on the pricier side but you always get what you pay for here! Great atmosphere wonderful surroundings amazing food great service.

We went to celebrate our friends birthdays - both of them in a couple with birthdays two days apart - weird 🤷🏻‍♂️We had heard good things about this place so were excited to try.I was very excited to see a cocktail with my favorite local beer, crystal springs blood orange - they added vodka and Orange liqueur but it just tasted watered down to me unfortunately and was a bit disappointing - my second drink was a Manhattan and that was solid. The oysters were excellent as was the artichoke appetizer. All the food was very good but a step down from what I was used to in New York City - but it never feels fair to compare to nyc. My biggest criticism is there is a lack of flavor “popping” with a lot of food in Colorado in general. But I will say 740 front was a very nice dining experience and the food was as good as we have had out here so we will definitely be back for some more.

Where do I even begin??? Made a reservation for Valentine’s Day and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Every part of this experience was perfection. The filet. The bison filet. The asparagus. The sautéed mushrooms. The manhattans. The apple pie. The lemon torte. THE SERVICE, TOM was AMAZING.Coming full circle back to the filet… The crust on both steaks was out of this world good. I ordered a fillet and lobster, mind you this was a 5 ounce filet which for those of us that I’ve ever cooked anything no this is incredibly easy to overcook. Was my number cooked? Absolutely perfect! When I was reading through the comments of previous visitors, someone several months back said that the steaks were bland…PSA, completely disregard this irrelevant comment as this individual has zero idea what good food is. Not trying to be disrespectful but damn these steaks were outstanding. I even told Tom that we’ve eaten steaks all over the country from Omaha to Louisville to Orlando and have had none better than these. This has quickly become one of our top three restaurants in the state competing with places such as The Mercantile in Denver. We can’t wait to return.

Absolutely the best steak I have ever had. Great atmosphere. Loved Colorado. Was there on a Mission trip with Disaster Relief of Illinois.

Service was phenomenal. Atmosphere was very nice. However.. both steaks ordered to our table were bland, the length between the grills cleaning was a well applied spice to the meat and the lamb pops were over cooked, the raspberry jelly on the other hand was really good. The Macaroni was the best thing brought to the table and for $20 I would expect something larger than a Stoffers freezer meal "Serves 4" I think not. This place has incredible history and I would visit again but for the price and the serving size I am highly disappointed. I would also like to see the wall that separates the bar from the rest of the room be taken out... The bar is absolutely beautiful and deserves to be seen from every table. Bottles could also use back lighting to make "The Bad Boy" (a truly great refreshment I might add) really pop and sell itself.

Food is average and way overpriced and service is subpar with no sense of warmth. Disappointed that my written request for my daughter to be surprised with a dessert for her birthday went unheeded. We will not be returning.
