4 Rivers Smokehouse

Winter Park location knocked it out of the park once again. Chris Barnes a young man working the floor gave us first class service. He made our night out. This review is about Sheela/Sheila. This lovely, older lady was caring for the restaurant by cleaning and freshening things up during their non peak hours. As I sat there eating, she stopped by with the most caring and kind demeanor, asking to take my platter and refill my cup. Everything about her screamed kindness and sincerity in her tone. It was unexpected, warm and welcoming that I asked her to pause and sit with me for a moment. I just had to thank her. For the day I was having she fit snuggly into what I needed to experience. When I asked her what’s it like to serve others in the capacity she does, she said. “When I work it’s not just a job. Because of who I believe in I serve with excellence!! And as a retired RN, I equate patient care to customer care.” It absolutely showed and it absolutely made my day. Thank you. I acknowledge you

Love this place!!!!

Stopped in to grab a quick bite and as usual, 4RIVERS never disappoints. It was in between lunch and dinner and the sweetest staff member, Sheila, took the time to ask about my food, if I needed lids or boxes for all my leftovers (eyes bigger than my stomach again). Sheila was so sweet that I couldn’t help but leave a review.
