Pizza, sauce & crust were delish. And man was it filling (and weighty)! It could easily feed 3 people - I could only finish one slice. One drawback was the wait time (unfortunately, due to restaurant size constraints, folks have to wait outdoors). Arrived at pick up time and had to wait an additional 25 minutes. It would've been ideal if their website shared that wait times are approximate within a 30 minute window or there was a way to receive a text when your pizza was ready so you can wait in your car. Regardless, it's always a plus to support a local business!

Excellent source of Chicago deep dish pizza in Nashville. The crust is buttery and crunchy with a variety of good toppings to choose from. Definitely get the pretzels for an appetizer. Lots of free street parking nearby.

As a Chicago native it's great to have a place like 312 in town. Their dogs and poppy seed buns are great. It's a little more expensive than I would have thought, and you'll be waiting a while, even for some hot dogs, for some odd reason. If you're not in a hurry I'd definitely recommend it and I will for sure be back.
