Disgusting. Rude. Bad. Those are the only words I can think of regarding this location. The staff is AWFUL, they do not even acknowledge you. The place is FILTHY at all times of the day. Truly a disappointment. My last visit I walked in a walked right out because I did not want to risk my health!!

Flavors are often out and the menus app and seamless are never updated. Mess up on toppings a lot in delivery.

Fue un momento de entrar al lugar y nos gustó, sin embargo, nos hubiera gustado que nos indicarán cómo se debía pedir porque fue nuestra primera vez en el lugar, nos divertimos pero nos tocó aprender de ver a otra persona cómo usaba las máquinas y cómo pesaba primero su helado para pagar luego.

Came here to try the KETO brownie soft serve ice cream. It taste like dark chocolate with a little bit of an aftertaste. No nut-only toppings. I don’t think I’ll be coming here for this specific ice cream.

At least 3 machines weren't even working. The mint chocolate chip tasted fermented or a strong extract flavor. I had to scrape it into the trash it was so bad. There weren't any desserts like described in the pics of this place. Just frozen yogurt machines (one had a broken handle) and the toppings. Employees were friendly. But the machines did not look clean either.

It smelled awful when I walked in, especially near the self serve section. The froyo was ok, it didn’t taste great or creamy, it tasted odd. The cashier wasn’t very welcoming and had an uninterested attitude. All of that was not worth the $14 I paid, I should’ve went to Pinkberry

The ice cream was more ice than cream and was tasteless. To top it off, the price was insane. $30 for two half full cups?!

Choices across the variety always includes a sugar free option (that’s delicious). Wonderful friendly person at counter helped pack my 4 cups.
