I am wearing very fashionable clothes. Jeans. White shoes. White shirt. Well groomed. The security person of the entrance did not allow me to enter to the place at 9:30pm tonight because my Jean has a ripped area in the knee. There was a group of white American men wearing Flip flops, shorts, and very very casual outfits still they allowed them to get in. Also people already inside wearying very casual informal clothe. Very bad for a business that judge their customers based on the look. And apply a rule for some and not the others. Is it because of my latin facials ? This no even happens in Miami, the city I live, where are more high luxury restaurants. Next time I come to west palm, will for sure not come. And trust me that I will tell this story to many of my friends. About how a bad experience I had in this place. Either it’s absurd policy.

Had a great time (music was top tier and the servers were attentive) until the bouncers ruined the night for us. I didn’t like the way one bouncer grabbed my female friend and when I brought that to their attention, they invalidated and minimised the interaction, dismissed my concern, and proceeded to escalate the conversation by being both confrontational and aggressive. Mind you, I’m a female AND a customer. To have men respond that way is not only inappropriate, but is unacceptable. Regardless of their job title, to be spoken to and treated that way by those men is not okay. Props to the lovely server who made sure we were okay and tried to help us but the way the bouncers handled themselves left me feeling very unsure about this establishment due to their choice in the personnel that work there and I don’t think I’d feel comfortable returning. Very disappointing ending to an otherwise fun night.

Best place to go downtown for a great time, with great food and people. Make sure to ask for Paige and Amanda when you go, they are phenomenal.

Save your money and stay away from this spot. One of the bartenders threw ice at a member of our party. Chairs were snatched from under us as well. When we reported the issue to the manager CJ - he didn't care. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in this Industry. Will NOT be going back and will ensure everybody i know avoids this place.
