The Food was absolutely horrible . The steak was tough even though it was ordered medium well & rare . The sides were awful . Absolutely no seasoning on steak or sides . The food was cold . I doubled back to Wild Fire because the one in oak brook was phenomenal. The food was delicious which made me want to come back . Despite the reviews I read about the downtown location I still decided to give them a chance on my birthday and was extremely disappointed with a $700 bill that No one at the table enjoyed . What a distasteful happy birthday to me . Also the lighting in there is entirely to Dim . It feels as though you’re sitting in a dark closest . Please value ppl money and their interest to support this restaurant and at least deliver quality tasting food . Go to the one in oakbrook and save your funds and your tongue .

Our waiter Jordan gave exemplary customer service. Food was delicious. Guaranteed good time ❣️
1st time trying and it gets 4 stars. I started with the bison meatballs which were tasty then I had the small Caesar salad which was enough for 2. Porterhouse was good but could have used more salt. Drinks were excellent.
Edgar is an amazing bartenders.
We don’t normally go out to a steakhouse but for the occasion we decided to try it out at Wildfire. At first glance, it was a bit intimidating because we really didn’t know what to order. But our server, Sophie, who came to greet us with a BIG smile, made us feel ease at once :) She recommended the appetizer fried calamari, and wildfire chopped salad (a side) which was enough to share between the two of us. We also had the Ribeye, cooked to perfection, with a side of mashed potato - So creamy and buttery melt in your mouth! Love the French fries too! By the end of the meal she also surprised us with a slice of chocolate cake (which tasted just like a brownie, can’t believe it was gluten free!). Sophie was great, we well be back soon!
It’s always about the basics of cooking and Wildfire delivers. Hot food hot and cold food cold. Ask for a medium rare steak and get a medium rare steak. Seasoned to perfection! Our server, Hank, was wonderful. Attentive, polite, warm and friendly. Bravo to Chef and their crew. Another wonderful meal.
