What review sites do you integrate with?

We work with up to 13 different sites which include the following: Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, FourSquare, Zomato, YellowPages, Better Business Bureau, Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, and Agoda.

How long does it take for new reviews to appear?

New Google and Facebook reviews will appear in your feed within 10 minutes. For all other sources, we pull in new reviews on a daily basis.

Review Response Service

Can’t we do this ourselves?

Many restaurants attempt to manage their online reputation themselves, but it takes a fair amount of time to stay on top of all the reviews while running your business.

We'll take the time to write a personalized response, deal with bad reviews, and send you review reports to keep you in the loop.

Simply put, our team does the hard work for you so you can get back to your restaurant.

How can I see my reviews performance?

All our services include access to our online software called Checkle for Business. From our Reviews dashboard, you'll be able to monitor the health of your restaurant and also see how we are improving your online reputation.

Is there a contract, cancellation, termination or setup fee?

There are no contracts and no cancellation, setup, or termination fees ever. Our services are on a month-to-month subscription basis. To stop service, you simply email or call our customer service department 24 hours before your renewal due date.

Pricing

How does pricing work for multiple locations?

You can add businesses to Checkle for free. If you'd like paid features on a particular business, you can upgrade that business individually. If you're looking to upgrade multiple locations, contact us and we'll hook you up with a 10% discount.

Can I cancel my account plan at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime by going to the billing section located at top-right of the Checkle for Business dashboard.
