They decided to take a page from Ticketmaster and charge a 2.6% fee on all orders with no mention of this on the menu or while ordering. Website says the fee covers their 100% satisfaction guarantee - which feels like I'm being punished for other difficult customers. Leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Best sandwich in Atlanta though.

Amazing food! But the service is a different story sadly, my wife and I came to get lunch today. It was our first time so we had a few questions and the young ladies apparently had an attitude because of all the questions we were asking. Not sure what it is with young people with attitude about a place they work at?

It’s been a while since my last visit and it was amazing. The staff was kind and very attentive. They were patient and helped me make my selection. And the food…10/10!

The signature sandwiches are a must-try - my personal favorite is the fisherman deck. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal or a quick bite to eat. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend Zunzi's to anyone looking for a unique and flavorful dining experience in Atlanta . First visited years ago at their happy-smoke, loud-music Savannah, GA 'hut' a couple of blocks from the river and continue visit whenever I can. While this franchise location has large, freshly-cook, meat-filled EXCELLENT subs (home-cooked chips are hit-n-miss) and EXCELLENT Service, it's shocking to see how expensive it's become: $25 for a foot-long Godfather, chips & drink is a bit much. Instead of frequent lunches, it's now special occasions only.
