Zucker's Bagels & Smoked Fish

What happened? Change of ownership? Crusty aged spreads, rude personnel. There goes another part of the neighborhood. Sad.

I’ve been here a few times hoping that one time they will get my order right but every time they manage to screw it up. A simple ask of a cinnamon raisin bagel with maple walnut cream cheese was a cinnamon raisin bagel with honey jalapeño? The people at the counter are rude and unhelpful. They aren’t good with managing the line, overall terrible experience. I’d rather travel 15 blocks to broad nosh instead

Solid bagel spot. Apparently my risky ritual is coming here before a Saturday morning movie at the AMC nearby. Plan to come early as there will be a line. Very courteous staff that was warm friendly energy as they shepard people along. It's not a barn so close the door and wait outside if you can't fit inside. Would love to see regular everything bagel flats instead of just whole wheat, but alas still awesome. (EDIT: apparently there are different varieties of Bagel Flats. Must've been sold out when I got there though. Looking forward to my next movie and bagel date.)

This place sucks. Had to wait 20 minutes when nobody was in there. They forgot my order, no apologies, and were still slow af making it. Made me late for a meeting. Worst part is the bagel was a disgusting sloppy mess, I couldn’t even eat it. Waste of $13. Literally go anywhere else.

Super crowded but the bagels are delicious! The Chelsea is a must eat!

Me pedí un Bagel con aguacate que estaba muy bueno! El pan bien hecho y con mucho sabor. Relación calidad-precio está bien. El local es pequeño por dentro pero fuera tiene una terraza con varias mesas para poder comer. Las personas que atienden son amables y atentas.

Queuing and ordering was confusing and chaotic. The bagel was dry, hard and not cut all the way through, and the tables were filthy. From beginning to end it was a bad experience.

I work across the street from Zucker’s upper west location. It feel like home because everyone is so friendly and welcoming . The manager Chrissy is doing a great job . She always greet me in the morning with a smile. The team rock especially Luis , shakil and Francisco . Thank you for making me smile today .

Very nice, fun new york atmosphere, amazing food. Vegetarian options: Can put fruits and veggies on bagels and have a great meal.
