I normally don’t leave reviews online but I’m doing it now because, Im in the process of purchasing this franchise and I’m kind of concern about it.I often go to this place on 17th Street, food is great but today there were a group of like 7 young men and girls with no shoes and almost no clothes, I believe coming from the beach, I told the cashier( guy from Venezuela) that it was my first time seeing that in any zona fresca restaurante I have been in south Florida and told him that that was making me feel uncomfortable, also that I can see other people were feeling the same. he did not answer me and looked at me terrible. Then when my food came out, he did not call my order number and left the food on the counter…when I asked if that was my food he handled to me in a very nasty way! Sorry but people need to be respectful and wear clothes… specially in a restaurant that is not on the beach and that serves food, it is a simple matter of consideration and hygiene. I was going to eat there but when I saw that situation I took my food to go!!

Called in an order. They messed it up. They went to remake it. Wrong again. Ended up paying $12 for a steak and bean burrito that was very under cooked. So disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Zona Fresca restaurant, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. Food was delicious and the portions were excellent for the cost. The staff were so nice and even unlocked the doors a couple minutes early giving my family time to make up their minds. We will absolutely eat here again when we are back in Ft Lauderdale!!

The energy was great here all the workers were so sweet and kind made me feel happy and always had great energy. The food here was delicious. Me and my friends ate it all up in less than five minutes. Great food, great service, great price. The salsa bar is unbeatable. If you order wisely, and share your plate it is a healthy choice. I always go with the steak option, it is really good.
