This Pizza is SO good!! I will never eat a franchise pizza again. Their Supreme is sensational and perfect people EVERY time. Their dough is always good no matter how you like it; thin, hand-tossed and they have other choices!! I just always choose hand-tossed or thin. Worth every dime, I love this pizza. LOL did I get my point across?

I'm leaving my original post on here for reference. Zio Al's reached out and replaced my pizza and it was amazing. We started ordering from here again, and I gotta say they're doing an amazing job. Best sauce and crust............ I ordered from here all the time, over 3 years to my current address. Usually 1 hamburger and 1 mushroom, sometimes only 1 pizza half hamburger half mushrooms. I love the crust and sauce. I ordered 2 pizzas a few weeks ago, 1 vegetable and 1 half mushroom half hamburger. We had vegetarian family over and only 1 person ate meat. They messed up 1 of my pizzas and sent it all mushroom and hamburger. I called in and let them know and they didn't offer to replace the pizza, but said we could have 25% off our next order. So 4 people had to share 1 pizza and the other was barely touched. I wasn't going to order from them anymore because of it but against my better judgment I ordered tonight. 2 large pizzas and 1 order of wings. It was still over $42. When my husband asked about the 25% off he was told it was only for 1 pizza. Even though they messed up only 1 pizza the previous time, honestly they messed up my whole dinner. We asked to speak to the manager the night our order was messed up and he said we were speaking to him. We ordered from there so much they knew our order. We weren't trying to get a free pizza, they could have checked our address and known that. We just wanted to have some good food with family and tonight made it worse. You lost loyal customers because of it........had to come on here and fix my score. Thank you Zio Al's. You were missed. Oh yeah, great hot wings too.

THEIVES STEALING OUR MONEY!! On February 25, 2024, I ordered delivery from Zio Al's in Carrollton. The order came to $27.65. When the driver delivered my order, I signed the credit card slip and wrote "CASH" in the tip line and extended the total at the bottom, keeping it at $27.65. I then told him, "I'm giving you cash," and handed him $7. That is a 25% tip, but apparently not enough for Zio Al's. On Feb 27, I got an email from my bank Capital One, asking if I approved a 36% tip to Zio Al's. When I looked at the credit card charge, someone at Zio Al's added another $10 tip to the charge. That makes $17 the driver got from me or a 62% tip. When I called and spoke to employee Sergio, I asked for the owner or manager to contact me. That person was not interested in talking to me about the blatant theft. I am going to the Carrollton Police to file a theft report this week. I will edit and add more details as things develop. How many others lost money this way and were not warned by their banks? Zio Al's is dishonest. ****Zio Al's called me back. I had to drive to the store to get my $10 back in cash. They could not refund my card. They said the web order company added the tip, and no one knows who but Zio Al's driver still got the money. The story is very convenient for Al's. I'm still filing the police report.

Wings were not made right but your website says that your pizzas start at 9 dollars
