Pluses: 1. sweet potato fries: fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside with a great zesty dipping sauce 2. Bread pudding; a little more like a French toast but very tasty 3. Fireplace: I was cold when we came in and asked for the warmest spot and attentive staff sat us in front of the cozy fireplace. 4. Very good tangerine ginger tea. I’ve never had it before but would get it again… I love ginger. 4. Staff/server: knowledgeable about the menu, gave suggestions. Minuses: 1. Limited vegetarian menu if you don’t eat eggs dishes 2. Macaroni was good but not super for the price 3. Grits with vegetables was “meh”. It wasn’t that flavorful and needed something to tie the vegetables and grits together like meted cheese. There was just a small amount of cheese sprinkled on top and not melted in. I ordered it light on the hot peppers but the peppers shouldn’t be the only source of flavor. Small portion for the price. 4. Cost: pricey for the amount of food and the taste of some dishes.

We came and celebrated my cousins birthday and Aya made her day so special! The food is delicious, drinks are great, but the service we received was top tier! Give that women a raise!

Zingerman's Roadhouse is always a great choice. It's my #1 choice when meeting folks from out of town. The food selection has enough variety that I don't have to worry about someone not finding a suitable meal, nor has anyone not been entirely pleased with the taste and quality. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A great choice all around.
