While staying at the Donatello I came here because of the desire to listen to live music and enjoy some wine. The first night I went down and was told I would need to come back in an hour as there was a large female party. I came back down and was squished into a corner and no one came to help me. The music was overly loud for the small place so I left and figured I would come back another day to try the food. Upon coming back we were the only ones sat in the restaurant at first and service was very slow. The appetizer was overcooked and the tiramisu was greatly lacking, for $15 I expect better than Safeway bakery quality. The pasta was amazing! We loved it so much we considered coming back but the other things made us change our mind. They automatically add a 20% tip in addition to the 5% San Francisco workers fee. Their 20% was barely earned and made one feel even further cheated.
The best cuisine I've had in this country! and I’ve been to 48 states, so draw your own conclusion.
нееевероятно вкусно! очень и приятно
We held a 30-person corporate reception and dinner at Zingari last week. Our guests have shared so much positive feedback on the setup, service and food - all fabulous. As the organizer, I was relieved to choose from so many vegan/gluten-free options on the menu. Thanks Neeraj to you and your team for treating our guests to a wonderful evening - we'll be by next time we're in San Francisco.
Our group of 7 tried Zingari on a whim and were very pleased at the outcome. The cocktails were great and the food was nothing short of excellent. It was pretty expensive, so I guess we should expect more when you pay more, but even so, we were surprised at how great the experience was. They didn't have any music playing the night we had dinner, so I can't comment on how that would have impacted the experience. But if you're looking for really good Italian food and great drinks, and aren't on a tight budget, Zingari is a great option.
This is a gem in San Francisco! Worth michelin star!! After dining in many places around the world, I can confidently say that their high-end dining experience is truly unique. When we went, there was a live piano and violin band that was memorable. The food was great
Great place, great service. Make sure to pay attention to wine prices on the menu. Prices are not in ascending order.
