Check your order when you receive it. They sometimes give you wrong items. Place a little dirty in lobby.

I come through the drive thru once a week because I work right next to Zaxbys. Lacy is the nicest drive thru employee, she asks how your day is going or small talk in general which makes any experience better

Crew standing at front talking about their mom seeing the other one. Made customers wait. Then when ordering manager comes out and interrupts person taking order about a phone message to call someone back. Meanwhile all the tables are dirty.....
