Based on Zaxbys expectations. No complaints on food, drive thru was a bit slow. Parking: Parking lot, drive thru and ingress/egress can be confusing.

Absolutely the best zaxbys there is. Every single time the food is fast and fresh and with great service.

Same bad employee causing problems for the 3rd time in past 2 weeks. The first two issues involved failed attempts at making proper change from the register, once she tried to give me no change at all and the other time she had to get her phone out of her pocket to do the math (*pro tip* if you’re not smart enough to handle simple math, the register will actually do it for you) Tonight’s debacle involved a mush mouth mumbling attempt at operating the drive-thru speaker. It wasn’t that long ago that Zaxby’s held their employees to a higher standard. I suppose that only applies to the people next door these days. It’s no shock Chick-Fil-A’s drive-thru has 2 full lines while Zaxby’s sits empty only 100ft away.

It's hit and miss. Sometime it's really good. Other times the food is cold before I get home. And I live less than a mile from there.

I placed a to go order tonight for "AJ" at 8:34 PM. The app wasn't allowing me to input my order so I went inside. There was a short black female employee behind the counter whose phone was top priority (the name on my receipt is "Kara B"). There was no greeting upon me approaching the counter nor an acknowledgment of any sort. No other customers in the store or at the drive thru. She looked over at a white male employee with glasses and said "can you take her order", he asked why she couldn't do it, she stated "I'm busy" and walked away still heavily within her phone. The young man who took over had great customer service, the young black men that I noticed in the back preparing my order did a fantastic job and had great attitudes as well. "Kara B" was a one star experience. The rest of the staff, food and atmosphere easily provided a 5 star experience.
