What’s the point of ordering ahead curbside and you still have to wait an additional 20 min! I checked in through the app and through email and still had to call to ask them how much longer I had to wait . Just horrible I would have gotten my order sooner in the drive thru ! This is my feedback right here , don’t waste your time or mine with that same response you’ve given everyone else!

I just need them to make the food with integrity. Poor quality waited almost a hr for food and then a redo. No one followed order correctly. My time is valuable Did I mention this was a pre-ordered online order? Again, Today Do use all a favor and close down until you all can get it together. Took me nearly an hr to get my order. Food cold and I was questioned about paying for something that was on my ticket and paid for Did I mention this was yet another online order. This Zaxbys use to be great now it's bad real bad. It starts with management. Sadly, more money wasted.

Came here to order food and my toddler had to use the bathroom and it was no tissue in either bathroom. Just guys just opened for lunch and it’s no tissue or the paper towel machine.

I walked in to order, the staff looked at me and no one spoke. I stood at the counter and no one came to take my order. I decided to leave because of the customer service and the trash over flowing everywhere. If no one cared enough to take out the trash then they probably did not care to clean anything on the restaurant.

Tried the new egg rolls they were delicious
