Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered wings with Bone out but received with Bones in I ordered from the counter inside to go was very Dissatisfied with my order

Food is always good when eating here!! I love the wimpy sauce on my wings, fries & chicken tenders!!

There app doesn’t work every-time u try to put an order or use your offer. Why even have an app when it hasn’t been fixed since weeks. I like their wings but the problem with their app is not worth it.

The employees are always very nice and helpful. The is always hot and fresh. Great job zaxby’s

Zaxby's is one of the lesser known chicken restaurants in the DFW area as most of them are located on the east coast. This Richardson location was the only one in Texas/this far west for quite some time. A friend of mine told me about them "many moons ago" (like almost 20yrs) so I tried them and have loved it ever since. It's kinda like the Jack In The Box of Chicken Restaurants because of the variety on their menu (it's not just chicken sandwiches, salads, and such that you can get anywhere). This location is always clean, the employees are nice, and they are fast with getting your orders ready. I highly suggest anyone try Zaxby's as an alternative to what they already know for chicken... you'll be pleasantly surprised at how good it is.

Food was great , seen the commercial and drove 30 mins . To try it out. Not disappointed... thanks

I love this place. I really wish they had one in denison or sherman area. I think they are better than cannies because they have more options.
