Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They always say the food is cooked when ordered. Well I'm so sick of spending 25 dollars for 2 people to eat and the chicken is so crunchy and old and the bread is hard as a brick. Are these guys too lazy to make a fresh nibbles? It's hit or miss with these people. Sometimes it's perfect but then most times it's old and hard food. Fries will be the only fresh item you get. I'm here for fresh chicken not fresh fries. Do better zaxbys

Walked in around 2pm, figured it would be quick. Maybe if I'd been in drive thru. Customers standing at counter do not get priority. Ordered the shrimp meal (supposedly 8 pcs?) and got a friend the House Salad w/ fried chicken. Got HALF the amount of shrimp i paid for. Fries had been around a while, no crisp at all. Store had an unclean look to it. Floors were sticky. Unimpressed. Salad was OK.

Zaxby's more like micro-by's. I ordered the shrimp and let me just say they should be called micro shrimp because they are absolutely microscopic. It made me think I ate air belive me im warning you, don't buy these are not worth the cash If people say this is good i might as well be jason momoa ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ☢️ ☢️ ☢️

Food served was edible, but obviously was kept under a heat source. In the short time it took to pick up the food, it was very close to room temperature by the time we sat down. One of the sandwiches we ordered was totally wrong, but to the staff's credit, they gave us the correct item. My friendly warning to Zaxbys, step it up! You have stiff competition out there, you're just ahead of a Mickey Dee's in food quality. I truly hope you get it all together soon! Yall have a good menu! I used to go to Zaxbys regularly- it's nearing my last choice on the options available.

We enjoyed our meal very much! I really love the Asian salad! Big portion with egg roll too! Chicken fingers are delectable!

Zaxby's salad was good, as always. Service was prompt courteous and quick. Generally speaking the store could have used some cleanup as there were unattended tables. I'll be back
