Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Someone hacked my Zaxby's account on 4-21-24 and used my zax points to order a small diet coke. Tried to call the store to get the order canceled but no one picked up. Had to call corporate customer service. They will be getting 1 stars all around for not picking up the damn phone

Y'all need to get your drive thru game together. Y'all need to learn from Chick-fil-A on how to get people in and out. 10-15 minute wait in the drive thru is a horrible experience

I tried the new Zagby Southern Shrimp. . It sold be advertised as "salty popcorn shrimp". It was very salty, very hard, and a step above being popcorn shrimp. I purchased the four shrimp for $3 and veggie egg rolls. The egg roll was a nice size for 2 for $3. The young lady that took my order & payment at the little house was nice in the drive. I will not buy the shrimp again.

VERY VERY CLEAN

Food was delicious and people were friendly.

I try to come here every couple months because I think it will be better, if you’re not the first car in line at the drive thru don’t even bother. It’ll take 45 minutes to get your food. Everytime I go I sit in line for 10 min, leave and go to canes. This zaxbys is Just another fast food restaurant ruined by Dixie hwy.

Great place just slow

The ALLEGED GM TYE JOHNSON REFUSED TO REPLACE AND OR REFUND MY ORDER THEN WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS MANAGERS INFORMATION THIS PLACE IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL PLEASE STOP HIRING CONVICTS!!! He does not know how to run a business professionally at all!
