Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

On line order was easy. Food was hot and right to order. Pick up in the drive thru was fast.

Came by on a Sunday just after 12. Ordered, fine, found a booth to sit, not a lot of folks inside, food came in good order, food was good. It’s just that the AC was on. We were freezin. Cold rainy day outside too. We really couldn’t enjoy our meal cause it was so cold. Asked the server about an adjustment and she said she wasn’t allowed to adjust. Oh well.

Good food; slow to get food out on Sunday afternoon. They weren't incredibly busy; may be dealing with worker shortage. University location was really busy after the ice storm. Food was good but they are understaffed.

After being the 1st and only ones to order. We still waited almost 20 minutes to only receive half our food. And NONE of the sauces we asked for. So as you can imagine while waiting for sauce and rest of our food the rest got cold. While continuing to wait I witnessed 3 others come back inside to exchange wrong or missing orders. This location does NOT hold the standard that you get at other locations. Absolutely terrible service. The employees didn't have any sense of urgency on fixing the issues or seem to really care. WILL NOT BE BACK HERE.

Ordered from here for the first Time and spent $20 they said my order was delivered but I never received it. I called the store and they said they never received my order even though it was charged to my account and got a message saying it was delivered. Very disappointed because I really like Zaxby’s!

I went through the drive through and the lady that was taking my order kept putting me on hold, which was frustrating at first BUT I soon realized that she was only trying to make sure she got my order correct and gave me the attention that I deserved. She was very polite and very attentive to my needs. The fries were FRESH and Beautiful not a bunch of scraps. The chicken was fresh and tea was perfect.

this is terrible for the price. 2/4 pieces of chicken look like they were taken a bite out of. My fries were so soggy i couldn’t eat them.
