My visit to Zaxby's was great...the me an taking our orders was very friendly and made us laugh...his name was Garrick...he was great. The food was delicious as always, but when you find a friendly person in fast food and/or dining restaurants...that is a great thing.💯💯

Usually when I go to this Zaxby's the food is good. Last night I went to pick up a salad for my husband and I, and the food was old. It has happened before at the one on North Parkway. I really get frustrated when my food is not fresh and as good as advertised. I usually tell them I can wait for fresh food. I just do not feel like I should have to tell them that....SMH
