The new shrimp offering is decent for fast food, though the shrimp varied in size a lot. This location recently remodeled, and there's nothing up on the walls now, so the place is dull as can be. They also didn't have readily-accessible catsup for the fries. But the fries are still pretty good and the roast is tasty, so overall it's an alright meal.
Was a rough experience for me. Great if you like to wait though.
Never gets orders correct. Serves food that’s sat under food lamps that make things taste as hard as croutons. I spoke with their regional manager who apologized for this location’s unprofessional approach to customer service. I was given a couple of gift cards for my experience. One was delivered by two men standing side by side with a female name as person delivering while on phone with zaxbys (intimidating) and the other was as normal-except each time sauces were missing, bread was like cardboard and customer service was very confused as to why the location isn’t handling their complaints themselves pushing the extra work off.
Don't recommend the drive thru. Ordered and paid for a 5 piece platter got 2 and one half sized. Quality was fine but not even an apology or offer to make it good when I called to tell them. Wasn't worth the drive back...ever again
Ordered chicken tenders. This is what I received something that looks like nuggets. Over $8 for nuggets. And I ordered unsweet tea. Nope received sweet. This was poured down the drain.

I urge the management to reassess their hiring practices, as the competence of the staff appears to be lacking. During my recent visit, I experienced an undue wait time of approximately one hour. This delay was further exacerbated by the observation that employees were not actively preparing orders, including mine, which had already been placed. Communication from the staff regarding the delay was non-existent, leaving me uninformed and unattended. It is advisable for the team to improve on their customer service and operational efficiency.
