The food is good. The prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly. Even though I don't like chicken, I keep going back for the burger.

Large salads with plenty of chicken in them. They definitely do chicken right.

I work nearby to this specific Zaxby’s and i find myself going to the same places for lunch each day so today i decided to switch it up and try out this Zaxby’s location. I placed my order before they even opened (which is great!) and it was ready 15 minutes after open! Drive Thru attendant was super sweet and the whole process of getting my order was incredibly fast! Most chicken tenders at other places are fatty and/or tough and you can’t even eat most of the tender, but not here! This Zaxby’s has the best chicken tenders i’ve probably ever had from a Dothan fast food place. I also requested extra seasoning on my fries and i LOVE that it was given to me in a small container so i can control exactly how much extra seasoning i would like on my fries! Absolutely will be coming back on my next lunch break! Also my order was the Big Zax Snak which comes with 3 tenders, fries, toast, and a drink all for only $9 and some change!
