I had me a loaded fry and they were really fast with it while it was also nice and fresh… the young lady who did my order was really sweet

Boneless wing didn't have any flavor, was lukewarm, and mostly breading. Highly disappointing. For the cost, you would think tongue torch would have some heat on it. My 5 year old ate one and looked at me disappointed after telling her the wings was spicy. 1/28/2024 Nothing much has changed. Different location same story.

Vegetarian options: Only fries and some sweets available for vegetarians.

It's good food, don't get me wrong, but during busy times, the wait at this location can be around 45 minutes from the time you get in the drive-thru line until you get your food. Don't forget to pull straight into the parking space ahead of the drive thru lane, you'll want to take a moment to audit the order you received and then go inside to get your sauces and straws (assuming you're not missing any food, then you'll want to get that, too, I suppose). Update: we don't even go into the drive-thru anymore, we order ahead on the app, so when we get there we can skip right to fixing what's wrong with the order. It's not an "if" anymore. The food is still really good, just don't call it fast food.

Not the cleanest restaurant. The Freestyle machine needs to be cleaned all over. The trays need to be cleaned better or replaced. They need to check their salad greens better.

I ordered food for pickup and paid for extra sauces and wasn’t even given one pack if sauce. I also ordered the nibblerz meal and none of the nibblerz had sauce on them. Literally just a piece if chicken and bread. I ordered extra seasoning on my fries but got fries with basically no seasoning or salt. This is truly the worst zaxbys I have gone to and I will be driving the extra 10 minutes to go to a different location. This location used to be great but its honestly trash. The food is always bland and for what you get, its overpriced especially because they can’t seem to comprehend how to get an order right.
