the cashier over the speaker was mumbling and slurring her words really bad to the point we couldnt understand her. after pulling up to the window im confident she is on something. maybe dont put people almost nodding off on headset. also it took forever. we sat there 10/15 minutes at the window before she came out and talked to us. also the order was incomplete and incorrect. we didnt wanna bother getting it fixed because we knew itd be as difficult as it was the first time. will likely not come back to this location.
This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Zaxby's. 20 minutes after ordered food we still didn't have food. We went up front and they said they had called our name but didn't use the microphone so nobody heard her. Food was cold and they argued about us not getting our slaw when we didn't. Then wanted to charge for it when it comes with that particular meal. And then they came by several times to inform us that the lobby closed in like 5 minutes when we had barely had time to eat our food. The Google page says they are open till 10:00 it wasn't until we got here that it was on the door in a very small place. And in general the attitudes were just nasty. Our family really likes Zaxby's but we normally go out of our way not to go to this one and tonight just reaffirmed that thought.
Rude, soggy food, and the girls working there talk like they have a mouth full of marbles. Save your money and get some roller food from a gas station
Speed was extremely slow last night. In the drive through, they were using one order, fulfilling it, then taking the next. That behavior looks great on a manager's report but isn't so great for the customers.
Ordered 5 piece got 4 coke light ice full ice ordered egg rolls ask if I had sweet and sour sauce’s got none no zaxby sauce either very bad experience will be a long time before I go back drive only taking 1 orders at a time and still can’t get it right 6pm on 1/27/24
