Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ridiculous service...nasty store and they refuse to take orders over the phone....even for older people who don't have internet and cell phones. Basically refusing business to older people.

Went through drive thru, everything was cold and items were missing from our order. This has happened in the past but this time it was EVERYTHING wrong. I usually don't call but I did, I called the number on the receipt. Got a call center abs they said they'd forward a reply. For a reply from someone at the store and all they offered was to replace one item in the whole order that was messed up. I've worked customer service in many aspects of my life and this has to be by far one of the WORST customer service experiences EVER! I understand that things happen in the restaurant. I've worked in the restaurant business many many years. But what I don't understand is the managers NOT making it right. I've always taken care of my customers. They can see by my phone number I'm not one to complain so it's not like I'm always complaining looking for free stuff. I just wanted them to make it right. Will NOT be returning. Plenty of chicken places around. My family and I will be going elsewhere. Wendys right across the way has never let us down. Plus their salads are WAY better!

Make sure if you order the cheese bites with ranch, that you get the Ranch dressing. It was on my ticket and i still didnt get it. I went through the drive through and had to pull over and wait. My cheesy bites were not hot at all! The Kickin Chicken sandwich had a good flavor, but I needed a knife and fork to eat it. Cannot be eaten as a sandwich.

The staff here are helpful and kind. One employee that comes to mind is Jessica. She is always one to make sure you received exactly what you ordered and a pleasure to be around. The food is always delicious. Best zaxbys around!

Absolutely love this Zaxby's in particular!! I have never had any problems with them and everything has always been spectacular!
