Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

30 min wait is unacceptable.

Food is horrible! Service is awful. I had a garden salad, and it does not have bacon. I ordered it because I'm allergic to pork. So as I'm eating what I think is a pork free salad, I bite into bacon! I don't care if it was by accident or not, I allergic to pork! Needless to say, I'll neber eat Zaxbys again

I ordered online, and when I got to the drive thru I was told to hold I was on hold for 30 minutes. and we finally received our food. and the salads tasted disgusting and we found a hairs in our food.

Apparently after waiting 35 mins extra for them to open bc they were late asking for 2 combos is too much food for staff to make so I was told not to make a big order if I had not just waited in the parking lot for you to show up to work I would have been fine with it but don’t get an attitude bc you chose to work in fast food and can’t work in fast food!

There was a roach in my salad

1).Zaxby in Trussville is in a hidden location so has little traffic look at landscape in front of the building to main rd. Pull in more traffic. 2.).Staffing is low so service is slow 3.) New item on menu are great but salad prices are too high.

Food wasn't good to me I ordered a dessert and it wasn't hot and for the price it was so not good. I don't think I will go there for a while.
