The family and I enjoy Zaxbys. The food is always hot to order, the staff is usually friendly, and the restaurant is usually clean as well. I do recommend wearing some warm if dinning in because it is always cold inside.

Love having this in Avon Indiana. Good food and service.

Just not the same since they opened. Pathetic little chicken fingers. There are too many restaurants with better tenders on the same road. I really don't see them staying in business.

Worst Place I have Ever Been, Worstest service, worstestestest workers!!!!!!

I was dining in for my first time, I love the chicken bacon ranch fries!! Was immediately greated, very friendly. While eating my food I noticed a staff member came out to wash tables, I was pleased to see now for those in food service and have had serve safe training know that you don't ever wash the table and chairs with the same cloth and cleaner. Even more odd, the manager was sitting with what appeared to maybe be the district manager while the employee was wiping down tables and chairs. I'm pretty sure most fast food employees have to watch training videos that should explain this process, or at least the manager should have trained the process. I guess if the process has changed over the years and the spreading of hepatitis and other diseases to the eating surface is different, then excuse my comment. It's just a very beautiful dining room and great foid to take the chance of making people sick.
