Zaro's Family Bakery

Unsanitary. Same person collects the money and make the coffee. Touching the inside of the cup. Won't go back

It's one of the few nicer bakeries in the area. Seating area is cramped but it has a nice view. Wish they had more of a selection but the coffee is decent.

I have visited a couple of times to get some pastries and desserts and have found the quality of their products to be really good. The presentation of their dishes is pretty good as well: beautiful pastries and desserts, much attention to detail, very well presented board of dishes, very cute boxes and packing and the service has been very good the times I have visited. The bakery is very well kept and clean The only con for me would be the prices, which I believe are a little bit high for pastries.. I once got a box of cookies (which is not really a large box) and I believe it came to almost USD$20 dollars Today I got a spinach and cheese pastry, a lemon loaf (a piece of lemon cake) and a small bag of biscotti and it made a total of USD$19 - USD$20 again That would probably be my only observation... other than that

Do not eat at this Zaros location. They treat black customers like trash. They talk badly about people in Bengali and assume no one understands. They mistreat one of their African American employees on the night shift and talk badly about his skin. They do not take your order correctly. They make whatever coffee they feel like making. I've been coming here for a few months and witness the racisms myself. They make racial remarks infront of people they are talking about in Bengali. There plenty of other better options around the area you can go to, this place isn't it. Beware of the 2 employees in the morning (Both short male/female) They are the worst. Smile in your face and talk badly about you in a different language. They keep reporting bad reviews to save-face. Going to save this review and keep posting it if they keep abusing Google's policy.

Overpriced and low quality treats. I had a brownie and the guy didn’t heat it up completely. Poor customer service and the facility isn’t maintained well.
