Yum Noodles

Delicious rice noodle with great broth. I was really happy with the beef shank noodle soup. Rice noodles have light chewy texture, broth is flavorful and balanced, not too rich. Plenty of tender meat chunks. I just wish there are more veggies in the soup.

The tye of noodle here is 'alkaline water noodle'. That means firm. The business owner always suggests you order rice noodles or noodles rather than rice plate.

I think it's the best soup I've ever had. What a lucky find. Pickled vegetable soup with stir fried cabbage

Their rice noodle is unique, tender and a bit chewy, good texture. Broth was good flavor, could have a bit more toppings would want to come back again try different flavors

My go-to place whenever I am around the area. Both noodles and appetizers are authentic and consistently good. Just wish you could have more items on the menu to order!
