Been going for years and have loved their milkshakes, but went recently and the quality took a huge dip and they got my order completely wrong. After ordering I asked for the free ice cream scoop for spending over £10 (as it says on the massive sign outside) and the fella just smirked at me and walked off. Don't plan on going back again

We were rather disappointed with our experience of ordering through Deliveroo. We opted for the waffles and the cookie dough. Regrettably, the desserts did not appear to be freshly prepared. The waffle, in particular, was excessively dry. Additionally, it arrived cold, with an insufficient amount of drizzling on top. Consequently, consuming it felt akin to eating a stale and parched waffle. While the cookie dough was pleasant, it too had been inadequately heated, leaving it cold and somewhat evident that it had merely been warmed up.

Where shall we begin!!!!… came across this little gem on the uber eats platform, after a long, tiring day of work. Suddenly.. we found Yum! let’s start with THE ONE AND ONLY PANCAKE… we were shocked and impressed to see the sheer size of these fluffy, chocolately, fruity and delicious pancakes. a group favourite if you will. 10/10 moving on to the reese’s peanut butter cookie dough.. initially we hesitated but agreed otherwise that this was something we HAD to try. it wasn’t love at first bite for this number, but once we got half way, we found ourselves wanting more… 6/10 moving swiftly on we tried the 8 custard doughnuts.. we were slightly disappointed by the lack of custard filling, however the custard was generously covered on top, which was great. the white chocolate drizzle and lotus crumble accompanied the doughnuts delightfully. 9/10 the chocolate fudge cake was definitely one that has potential, however the reason for the lower rating was not a reflection of the cake itself but our laziness, as if we had the drive to get up and microwave this thing, points would increase… the cake itself is moist and light and a slight heating up would send this cake to god tier. 7/10 Lastly the complimentary items… we were delighted when we came across the free tiramisu deal once we spent £20 due to it being a fan favourite amongst us. upon consumption, we agree that the cream filling was tasty, very nicely whipped… would we order again? possibly not, but we enjoyed the challenge nonetheless… (the icecream was a lovely little surprise too) We want to say a big thanks to Yum, i hope your 2024 is filled with sunshine and rainbows - xoxo gossip girl and A

Not a bad place exactly, reasonable prices, but my last 2 milkshakes with orders have been wrong one being slightly more egregious. Due to already partially drinking before finding out its left me hesitant to leave a review. The last 2 nights i ordered a peanut m n m milkshake first night was mint chocolate second was crispy m n m. Very sneaky, and facetious in my opinion as 6 pound 50 isnt necessarily cheap. They also tend to be over froze each time, even before when my orders have been correct, this could indicate it is made with heavily processed ice cream and not normal milk. Last thing which got it to a 2 is the portion size of the cookie dough, yes theyre cheaper than the current market but the size is so much smaller.

Sweet treats which are reasonably priced but nothing to blow your socks off. They have a more varied menu than your usual dessert shops. The milkshakes were enjoyed by my wife and sister and I thought my strawberry was ok but nothing special. No depth of flavour. My wife got the croffles which she thought were nice but texture was lacking crisp, almost a bit soggy. They were absolutely smothered in chocolate which was arguably a bit much but some people might like that. My cinnabun was tasty enough but certainly had better. Not a bad place if you want a good quick sugar fix and it’s got good operating times.
